Horse Riding in Ennis
Temple Gate Hotel Ennis is located within 10 minutes of Ballyhannon House which is located in our neighbouring village of Quin, home to Quin Abbey.
Ballyhannon Riding Centre is run by the Hassett family, where horsemanship is now in its fourth generation. An 18th Century estate, Ballyhannon House is located 4km from the exit 11 on the M18 and 1km from the village of Quin.
They offer the horseback riding experience to the community and visitors to the area, aiming to promote the mental and physical benefits of horseriding to people aged 5 to 65. Workshops are held from time to time to introduce new concepts around the horseriding experience and to increase awareness around the consciousness of horses and how much they have to contribute.
